Start-up looking for co-founders who are willing to help create the site

I did the whole thing - both the module development and theming.
(I know my strengths and weakness' and the UI (look and feel) is not that great (I did the best I could with the Drupalace theme).
So... I would like to start on another startup (much better than this one, I think) and I would rather work with another person or two. At least one must be good at theming and UI :)
.This is NOT a paid position You will need to work on it in your spare time (as I will also be doing) but you will get a share in the start-up.
If you are interested, let's meet, or at least talk, and I'll provide more details.
I live in the North (Kibbutz Hanita) and would rather work with someone(s) also in the North but hey, Israel is a small country so that is not a must.
