working with attributes

Hello all.

Sorry, no Hebrew in this machine.

I have installed ubercart and now I have a new content type :product.
I have created an attribute with some options that I can add to a product node .

I would like to add the attribute to the content type so that when I create a node it will already have that attribute.

How do I do that ?
