הודעת שגיאה בהתחברויות רבות

היי חברים,
באתר האח הגדול אני מקבל הודעת שגיאה של התחברויות לDB.
איך אפשר להגדיר שיוכלו לגלוש יותר גולשים או לפחות לבטל פיטצרים באתר על מנת שהאתר לפחות יהיה זמין?

ניסיתי לנקות את הDB וכלום לא עזר.

הנה הודעת השגיאה:
Unable to connect to database server

If you have already finished installing Drupal, this either means that the username and password information in your settings.php file is incorrect or that we can't connect to the MySQL database server. This could mean your hosting provider's database server is down.

The MySQL error was: User BigBrother009 already has more than 'max_user_connections' active connections.

Currently, the username is BigBrother009 and the database server is mysql1026.servage.net.

Are you sure you have the correct username and password?
Are you sure that you have typed the correct hostname?
Are you sure that the database server is running?
